The Leo A. Daly architectural firm from Omaha was hired to conduct a 90-day feasibility study of the present site and alternative sites for possible construction/expansion. The drawings below are part of the results of that study that took place early in 2005. The site chosen is the present library site at 1809 3rd Avenue.
A 2-phase building plan was approved by the City Council August 21, 2006. The site plan below shows the first phase, and the gray area to the east outlines the second phase of the plan.
