The Administrative Services Department includes the offices of the City Council, City Manager, City Clerk, Finance, Management Information Services, Human Resources, Risk Management, Economic Development, and City Attorney. This department is responsible for providing administrative and policy oversight and guidance for the rest of the organization, as well as special services for Scottsbluff citizens.
