The Administrative Services Department includes:

This department is responsible for providing administrative and policy oversight and guidance for the rest of the organization, as well as special services for Scottsbluff citizens. Usual hours of operation for City Hall are from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
