"A Walk in the Park" This sculpture was added to the park in 2004. It is the work of David Young of Deadwood, S.D., who holds a Master of Arts degree from the University of Iowa. The statue, costing $45,000, was funded through donations from the Scottsbluff Centennial Committee and memorial donations by the families of Ray Hilderman and Bob Berggren. |  | |
