To reserve a shelter at Pioneer Park, Frank Park or Riverside Park, please call the Parks office at (308) 630-6235. To confirm your reservation, you can pick up a confirmation slip at the offices at Riverside Zoo. It is recommended that you reserve a shelter with as much advance notice as possible to insure the likelihood that the shelter of your choice will still be available. Shelter reservations can be limited during the the spring and summer months due to frequent usage. Q. Where can I purchase a family pool pass, and how much is it? A. You can purchase a family pool pass either at the Splash Arena or at Scottsbluff City Hall, 1818 Avenue A. The pass costs $175.00, unless you purchase the pass during the month of May, when the price is reduced to $125.00. Q. What are the fees for the swimming pools? A. The fees are HERE. Q. What are the operating hours for the pools? A. General Pool Hours for the Splash Arena, year-round, are: General Swim: 1:30 - 8:00 p.m., Monday-Saturday 2:00 - 8:00 p.m., Sunday
