Frequently Asked Questions

Q.  How do I reserve a shelter in one of the City parks?

A. To reserve a shelter please call the Parks office at (308) 630-6235 or complete the shelter reservation request and bring to City Hall at 2525 Circle Drive with the appropriate fee. You will receive a confirmation letter once your reservation is secure. Half of the fee will be returned upon satisfactory inspection of the shelter. It is recommended that you reserve a shelter with as much advance notice as possible to insure the likelihood that the shelter of your choice will still be available. Shelter reservations can be limited during the spring and summer months due to frequent usage.

A.  You can purchase a family pool pass either at the Splash Arena or at Scottsbluff City Hall, 2525 Circle Drive.  The pass costs $175.00, unless you purchase the pass during the month of May, when the price is reduced to $125.00.
