Exercises are done in the water for joint mobility, flexibility and strength. The water cushions your muscles and joints while enjoying easy to do exercises.Buoyancy of the water creates less pressure on the joints.One does not need to know how to swim to participate.All of the exercises are done in the shallow end of the pool.Register at the Splash Arena at the first class session.
Fee:
$24.(four-week session) $2.50 per class - $12 or $1.50 per class for participants ages 62+.
Dates:
This class takes place year-round, with continuous four-week sessions.. Participants may start at any time.

9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., Monday, Wednesday, Friday
5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. (summer only), Monday, Wednesday, Friday
