The City of Scottsbluff Enterprise Geographic Information System (GIS)  exists as an electronic system of maintaining information using geographically referenced graphical layers and databases as a means for data storage and retrieval.  It provides city staff across multiple departments with the tools needed for doing tasks more efficiently through analysis, reporting, data retrieval, and printed maps.  The City of Scottsbluff GIS currently consists of over 100 layers relating to boundaries, city owned utilities, and other data pertinent to city operations.
