Voter Registration
Voter registration forms and other election information can be found through either Scotts Bluff County or the State of Nebraska, including registration forms that can be printed and mailed.

Check Yourself Out!
The library has just added two self-check stations so you can choose to check out your selections yourself. The self-check machines are located close to the inside doors of the main entrance.

Wireless Internet Access
The library is now offering wireless Internet access for users with their own wireless-enabled equipment. For more information, see Using Your Library > Public Computers & Wi-Fi.

Online Renewals
If you would like to check your own library records, place holds or renew materials online, please bring your library card to the information desk and choose a PIN. Choose Catalog on the web page menu and then "My Account."

Internet Policy
Anyone accessing the Internet via the library's network is expected to comply with Lied Scottsbluff Public Library's Internet Policy as written and adopted by the Library Board and approved by the Scottsbluff City Council.  For more information, see Using Your Library > Public Computers & Wi-Fi.

Public Computers
You will need a LIBRARY CARD to use an public computer. If you don't already have one, sign up now.  There is no charge for a first library card.  Replacement cards are $1.00. 

Mobile Print
You can now print from your own device--cell phone, tablet, or even home computer--and pick up your prints at the circulation desk. 

Test Proctoring
Schedule an appointment with public service staff to take an exam for school or work.

Public Notary
A Public Notary is available Monday-Friday.  Please bring a current photo ID and the unsigned document to be notarized.

Interlibrary Loan
Can't find what you're looking for?  We are happy to borrow a copy from another cooperating library for just the cost of postage.  Ask for an interlibrary loan request at the circulation desk. 

Community Room
The Jane and Chet Fliesbach Community Room may be reserved by calling or stopping in the library.  Please review the facilities use policy and submit a community room application before the event. (Room currently unavailable for reservation due to COVID-19)

Teacher Totes
Area teachers, early childhood educators, and homeschool instructors may notify the library of an upcoming unit on a topic, theme, or subject.  Children's services staff will gather books, audiobooks, and DVDs for teachers to pick up.  Submit a teacher tote form to
