Park Reservations
Shelter Reservation Process and Guidelines:
- Reservations may be made from one week to one year in advance:
- in person at City Hall, 2525 Circle Drive
- Park Shelter Reservation Form
- Payment of rental fee and a signed rental agreement is required to secure the reservation.
- Rental fees may be delivered to City Hall or mailed to City of Scottsbluff, Attn: Shelter Reservations, 2525 Circle Drive, Scottsbluff, NE 69361
- Refer to the "Park Shelter Reservation Form" for rules and regulations
Special Event Permits:
Special Event Permits are required for any group event in a city park that is open to the general public such as craft fairs, softball tournaments, concerts and special group events. Athletic permits are per field/season and rates vary according to usage.
