Licensing & Fees

City of Scottsbluff requires contractors to be registered with the city before being qualified to perform work within its jurisdiction.  Contractors and subcontractors must also be registered with the State of Nebraska.  

City Requirements

Plumber Registration
Contractor Registration (Business) - $15 Annual Renewal Fee
Journeyman/Limited License (Individual) - $15 Annual Renewal Fee
Master Plumber (Individual) - $25 Annual Renewal Fee
Apprentice (Individual) - No Fee

General Contractor Registration
Registration -  $50 Initial Fee
Annual Renewal - $25 Fee

Electrical Contractor Registration
The City of Scottsbluff does not require a separate registration, however the contractor must prove registration with the State of Nebraska.
