Building and Inspection's goal is to help you build with no surprises or unexpected delays while achieving compliance with all adopted building and zoning codes. 

The City has certified inspectors who are qualified plan examiners and inspectors for all types of building construction with the purpose to promote a safe and professional building quality for Scottsbluff. 

Inspection requests can typically be accommodated within 24 hours and major projects can be assigned a primary inspector for the duration of the construction.
