Lied Scottsbluff Public Library Vision Statement:

The Lied Scottsbluff Public Library will be an essential part of the community and serve as a center of community life.  The library will be a place for people of all ages and backgrounds to fulfill their informational, educational and recreational reading, viewing and listening needs.  The library will promote intellectual freedom and literacy, along with a love of learning through programs for both young people and adults.  The library will respond to our community’s evolving needs and expectations to remain relevant and vital.
