The City Clerk's office is responsible for keeping all records of the City of Scottsbluff, including minutes, resolutions, ordinances, contracts, and permits. The City Clerk is responsible for the preparation of the City Council agenda. Please direct all potential agenda items and concerns to the City Clerk's office.
Renewal dates for licenses are as follows:
Non-class C Liquor Licenses - May 1 of each year - licensing forms can be found on-line, directly from the Nebraska Liquor Control Commission http://www.lcc.ne.gov/
Class C Liquor Licenses - November 1 of each year - licensing forms can be found on-line, directly from the Nebraska Liquor Control Commission http://www.lcc.ne.gov/
Pet/Kennel Licenses - May 1 of each year
Pawnbroker Licenses - May 1 of each year
Tobacco Licenses - January 1 of each year
The City Clerk is also the City's Risk Manager, chairing the City's Safety Committee and providing guidance to all City departments in the areas of safety and risk avoidance.
